The guests from Hawaii
2015年03年24日 | diary
12 students of Hilo High School in Hawaii visited our school.
We had been looking forward to seeing them.
We hung out the welcome board which 9th grade students made.
We had them show us the hula.
Our high school students danced dressed in Yukata, which are Japanese traditional costumes.
They themselves design the dances and danced to the folk song of Okinawa.
Hawaii students taught us the hula.
And we enjoyed games with them.
We guided them to Istukushima shrine, which is a world heritage site.
We want to visit Hawaii because we could talk a lot with them about Hawaii.
Please look forward to our blog being updated.
