Students from Bakmun High School in Korea visited us at the end of December. We welcomed them.
First, the principal of each school greeted everyone. After that, the host sisters of Seishin sang a Christmas song and danced to K-pop music. Their performance was wonderful! The students from Bakmun enjoyed the performance.
Next, the Koto Club played the koto and the Chorus Club sang a song. The sound of the koto was beautiful, and the harmony of the Chorus Club was beautiful, too.
After these performances, we introduced our schools to each other. Bakmun High School was much bigger that I had expected. I imagined what their school was like. The students from Bakmun danced “Koi Dance.” I was surprised to learn that “Koi Dance” is known in South Korea.
Finally, the members of the Seishin Student Council showed our school to our guests from Bakmun High School. We showed them our library, ND Hall, the gym, the pool and so on.
I think it was a precious experience to have been able to interact with students from Bakmun High School.
Please look forward to our blog being updated.
