The first year high school secretariat

Hello everyone. We are the first year high school secretariat.
At the secretariat, we started preparing for next year’s school festival. We the first year high school students, had to create a budget.
The first thing we did was check the rules for deciding the budget. Including detailed rules, there were four pages. Next, we confirmed the most important things.
According to senior students, by doing, so we can remember all rules. (Can we really do it…?)
Believing that we can hold school festival next year, we will do the preparations one by one.
